Depends οn whаt уου рlοt οn eating аnd whаt іѕ “eating normally” fοr уου. If уου don’t eat healthy food аnd ѕtаrt eating pizza аnd burgers аnd аll thе food thаt gοt уου tο thе weight уου wеrе before thеn yes уου wіll gain іt аll back. Trust mе

yep if u dont eat healthy u will gain it back
Depends on how your diet was , if you lost weight Fast you gain it even faster. But now if you were on a healthy diet Your metabolism is about 10 times faster you’re healthier and eating alittle bit junk food wont hurt. everything is bad for you when you eat too much. even water. it has 0 calories but if you drink too much You vomit! So you can eat what you want. But you should eat a little bit out of junk food and stuff like that (: and 30 minutes excersice is just perfect.
If you eat at your maintenance level (calculate here:http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/), which is just your daily needs, you will not gain weight. However, if you eat above this, you will definitely start gaining the weight back.
You shouldnt start gaining weight if you start eating normally. A woman need 2000 calories to maintain her weight and a man needs 2500 calories to maintain their weight. Now you’re eating more try to do a bit more exercise and you’ll probably find you’ll have more energy to do more. Just eat normal adult sized portions and you dont have to worry so much about buying low fat things, instead of low fat options you can have normal options for example if you to a restaurant you can have whatever you fancy to eat instead of salad. Also you can get away with having something bad to eat a bit more often as your metabolism would have speeded up, but not too often or you’ll start gaining weight again. hope this helps.
Hey, this depends to some extent on how much you have been eating on your diet.
If you have been eating under 1200 calories a day then it is very likely that you will gain the weight back, as cutting your calories this low will have slowed your metabolism.
However if you have been eating 1200-1600 calories (or above), then you have probably managed to keep your metabolism up in which case you will not gain weight if you start eating a bit more.
It is a good idea to increase your calories gradually, maybe by 100 cals a week. This should help you to keep the weight off.

I’m not too sure about this, but perhaps you might gain a little initially due to a lower metabolism from dieting. I did gain a little weight when I switched to normal eating some time ago so I would suggest you increase your food portions little by little to get your body to adapt to your normal amount of food again (:
