What things should I prepare before hand, cuz I know that when I come back home from uni I&#8217;m too lazy to cook something so then I end up ordering fast food. I have the abs diet workout that I had ordered from mens health. what i can tell you about your meals is if you want to stay with your diet cook them ahead of time exp.dinner. and i say for your in between meals &#8220;snacks&#8221; choose a protein shake. I like the brand maximum protein from GNC. it tastes good and you dont feel so dreaded to drink it.. Im sure you already know what is heathy to eat and not but i am going to say this, is you really want to burn fat eat alot of green veggies&#8221;frozen nothing added.&#8221; it doesnt really matter which order you put your foods in but the best time to do your workout is before you have eatin anything at all. the continue with breakfast and the rest of of your meals however u see fit. every 2-3hours..and eat your last meal at least 3 hours before u go to bed. i had really good results on the abs diet plan. its easy to follow and it works i seen results in a week. so good luck.</p>

I got a tough rugby season this year, and i want to be up for, i injured my knee last season and i cant run as fast as i could before the injury so if you could please give me some suggestions as what can i do to strengthen the knee also don&#8217;t forget to include a work out for abs and pecks.</p>

<p><i>Answer by Shelbie</i><br/>Knee &#8211; you could do squats, lunges all though these target your thigh muscles the stress on your knees would more than likely allow for strengthening also do alot of running to retrain your knee.</p>
<p>Abs &#8211; everything on the ground, bicycle, cherry picker, superman, sweeps. </p>
<p>pecs &#8211; pushups, bench press, pec deck and dumbell flye. </p>
<p>all those you can google and they will give you specific instruction.</p>
