Ive recently started in the past 3 weeks working out my arms, chest, shoulder, and abs. Im 155 lbs. and 5&#8242; 10&#8243; im a guy too. i dont have much fat but the only place it seems to be holding itself is in my lower ab area which is extreamely annoying. Im wanting to get rid of this by this summer and I want to start to show some ripped abs. I cant really run considering the neighborhood i live in but i can jump-rope and do other cardio. I also have P90x ab ripper x workout that i have been following. But i have used online body fat calculators and im around a 19% but im worried that even if i had ripped abs they wouldnt show. Please let me know if i should continue on that workout and any other tips. Thanks in advance!</p>

I am 31 years old. I have two kids and have gained excessive weight after both of them. I had a cessarian with the first and natural with the second. I&#8217;m pear shaped so it&#8217;s mostly in my hips and buttocks. I have a desk job so I sit a lot and I&#8217;m always too tired feeling to work out at night. I&#8217;ve been on every diet under the sun to only gain it all back. I&#8217;ve tried numerous excersises also. Over the counter weight loss pills or energy pills give me a racing heart. When I do loose weight I get the saggy belly that hangs between the legs when I sit and bend so how would I be able to find out how would be the best way to loose weight effectivly for myself and my body type and keep the sagging away. Please help.</p>

<p>Eat less but more often. and you have to do some exercise. so if you burn more calories then you eat you start losing. </p>
<p>Plus this way, you lose slower so it gives your skin does not sag. when you lose weight too quickly you skin will sag.</p>

<p><i>Answer by ny</i><br/>an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body  back, until it&#8217;s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and<br />
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat &#8211; if you have any &#8211; six pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  &#8211;  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.</p>
